The Museum has accommodated hundreds of special events for corporations, universities, the medical community, advertising firms, political gatherings, award ceremonies, auto dealers, social agencies, government agencies, car collectors, clubs, law firms, teachers, museums, trade shows, product introductions, banks, financial institutions, accountants, construction companies, families and many more. Each event becomes a special affair with great in-house customized food and beverage. The Museum is a NYS liquor licensed premises.  The building’s acoustics are great for musical entertainment.

AVAILABLE DAY OR EVENING FOR SPECIAL EVENTS AND PARTIES. Our facility can accommodate large groups of up to 3,000 guests in both indoor and outdoor settings. The Buffalo Transportation Pierce-Arrow Museum will arrange a menu customized for the event with a standard or premium bar. Exclusive parking is close and available. BUFFALO TRANSPORTATION PIERCE-ARROW MUSEUM TOURS HIGHLIGHT THE HISTORY OF THE COLLECTION AND THE MUSEUM, EXPLAIN HOW PIECES WERE ACQUIRED AND FEATURE A GLIMPSE OF THE BUFFALO FILLING STATION BY FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT.

Reservations and a deposit are required to book a guided group tour with a minimum of 30 people required.  $25 per person.

Occasionally there are tours scheduled that you can join.  We post the dates on the main page as they become available.
